石油钻机绞车刹车盘叶型设计

摘    要:针对石油钻机绞车刹车盘的散热问题,对刹车盘的长短S型叶片和长短直叶片进行了实体建模,并运用CFD对流场仿真分析.在有正反转要求且工作时间相同的条件下,得出了长短直叶片的质量流量最大,最有利于刹车盘的散热结论.实际生产证明与上述结论正确.

Abstract:Aiming at the heat dissipation of petroleum drilling rig winch a modeling is established for S-type splitter blades and straight splitter blades.A simulated analysis of flow field is made on the basis of CFD.Under the required conditions about clockwise and anticlockwise turns at the same work time,a conclusion is obtained that straight splitter blades have the largest mass flow volume and can best benefit the heat dissipation of disk brake.This conclusion corresponds to the practical conditions of producti...
