汽车发动机曲柄连杆机构动力学分析

摘    要:利用柔性多体动力学方法建立了基于ADAMS软件平台的发动机曲柄连杆机构动力学仿真分析模型。并根据所建立的模型,对某汽车D6114B发动机曲柄连杆机构的运动学、动力学特性进行了仿真。通过仿真计算,得到考虑曲轴柔性时的曲轴主轴颈、连杆轴颈载荷、活塞、连杆等惯性力以及发动机的输出特性。为发动机曲柄连杆机构的设计与改进提供了重要依据。

Abstract:Using flexible multibody system dynamic method, this article founds the rigid-flexible coupling multibody dynamic analysis model of the crank and connecting rod mechanism based on ADAMS software platform, and processes the kinematic and dynamic simulations taking the crank and connecting rod mechanism of D6114B engine as its object of study. Through the simulation this article obtains the dynamic characteristic data such as the loads of main bearings and connecting rod bearings, the inertia forces of pistons and connecting rods, and the output torque and power of the engine. It gives the foundation for the design of the crank and connecting rod mechanism of automotive engine.
