| 摘 要： | 基于外商直接投资对东道国技术进步影响的技术引进、技术创新与技术市场化3个阶段,构建欧盟对华直接投资对中国技术进步影响的回归模型,并利用中国20个样本省(自治区、直辖市)的面板数据对相关方程进行估计.结果显示,欧盟对华直接投资对中国的技术引进没有明显作用,对技术创新具有一定促进作用,但对中国技术市场规模的扩大是不利的;分区域、分技术活动阶段来看,欧盟对华直接投资仅对中部地区的技术市场化具有促进作用,对东部和西部地区的技术活动各阶段均未表现出明显的正面影响.
