| 摘 要： | 周恩来精神是中国共产党理想精神的集中体现,是中国时代精神的集中体现。周恩来精神具有丰富的内涵,其核心是全心全意为人民服务,主要包括以下九大方面:奋斗进取、善于学习、实事求是;和合、民主;创新、严于律己、人民公仆、无私奉献。对"周恩来精神"的解读,对于当今推进贯彻"三个代表"重要思想,落实科学发展观,全面建设小康社会,提升公民的思想道德素质,加强和改进党员干部的官德建设,抵制腐败的不正之风,弘扬中华民族的优秀文化传统无疑都具有长远的重要时代价值。

| Abstract: | "The Sprit of Zhou Enlai" is the symbol of the CCP's and Chinese age.The core of "The Sprit of Zhou Enlai" is to serve the people heart and soul.It mainly have nine ingredients: marching on,studying hard,seeking truth through facts,democracy,creation,obeying the rules,people's servant, devotion.The explaining of "The Sprit of Zhou Enlai" has great significance and current value today. |
