摘    要:针对当前轻便型小口径自然γ能谱测井仪的缺陷,提出了一种多晶体γ测井仪设计方法,实现快速定位异常井段并定点γ能谱分析。系统采用FPGA平台的IP 软核、可动态配置功能模块、快速AD采集系统、并行双缓存采集存储等技术。下行测井实现多晶γ测量并定位,上行采用快速AD数字采集系统实现定点能谱分析。与小口径单晶γ测井相比,测井速度与纵向分辨率明显提高,小口径能谱测井的实用性增强。

Abstract:Aiming at the defects of the current portable small caliber of natural gamma-ray spectral logging, This paper presents a multi crystal gamma logging instrument design method, to achieve fast positioning abnormal well section and point gamma energy spectrum analysis. The system is based on FPGA platform, using IP soft core, dynamic configurable function modules, fast AD acquisition system, parallel double buffer acquisition and storage technology. Downlink logging complete multicrystal gamma measurement and positioning, uplink using fast AD digital acquisition system complete the fixed energy spectrum analysis. Compared with the small diameter single-crystal gamma-ray logging, logging speed and vertical resolution is significantly improved, the practicability of small-diameter energy spectrum logging is enhanced.
