| 摘 要： | 阐述了经济伦理制度化的含义,并研究了经济伦理对现阶段正处于经济、社会转型期的中国现实所具有的重要意义。研究结果认为,与转型期相伴而生的思想观念的碰撞、交锋给经济伦理的发展带来了一个新旧转换的真空,而经济伦理制度化就成为及时填补并更好地发挥经济伦理调节经济行为作用的重要选项。

| Abstract: | The connotation of economic ethical institutionalization is elaborated,and the practical significance of economic ethics in China in transition of economical and political area is discussed.The research shows that the conflict and confrontation of ideas coming along with the transition period leave much space to the development of economic ethics.Thereupon,economic ethical institutionalization fills the space timely and becomes an important option to regulate economic behaviors. |
