| 摘 要： | 开放实验是培养学生自主实践能力和创新意识的重要途径,开放实验室的高效运行管理是保证开放实验教学顺利进行的关键,通过形式多样的开放方式和实行＂学生—指导教师—实验技术人员＂三位一体的管理模式,有效提高了开放实验室的运行效率,并就如何将开放实验室建设成为创新人才培养的基地,提出了一些建设性意见。

| Abstract: | Opening experiement is an important way to cultivate students＇ practice and innovation ability.Highly efficient management of open laboratory is critical to keep experimental teaching processing smoothly.The running efficiency is enhanced through various open modes and the ＂student-teacher-experimental assistant ＂ management mode.In this paper some useful suggestions are provided to build up the open lab as an important base for the cultivation of innovative talents. |
