| 摘 要： | 体育教学与健康教育的结合，是我国普通高校体育学的整体改革方向．本文通过文献资料、理论分析、对比等方法．对高校体育教学与健康教育的关系进行研究，提出树立健康第一的指导思想，对促进学生身心健康发展和提高学校体育的科学地位具有特殊意义．

| Abstract: | The combination of physical education teaching and health education is a whole reform direction of physical education teaching in general universities. This article study on the relation of university physical education teaehing and health education by literature and material, theoretical analysis, comparison, itpits forward that we should establish the leading thought that health comes first, it has particular meaning to promote the development of physical and psychological health of studens and improve the scientific stature of physical culture in universities |
