| 摘 要： | 本文对在设备及设备参数确定的条件下，分析纯盐酸生产中残渣偏高的原因进行了分析探讨。结果表明，进塔原料的流量及蒸馏塔釜的温度是影响成品残渣偏高的主要因素，并提出了相应的控制措施。

| Abstract: | This paper analysed the causes of higher dregs in producing pure hydrochloric acid under defining equipment and parameter.The results show that the discharge of raw materials flowing into distilling tower and the temperature at the tower cauldron are the main factors of influencing higher dregs.The appropriate measures to solve the problem have been pointed out. |
