氢型丝光沸石催化剂上的烷基芳烃同时转化反应

摘    要:用脉冲气相色谱法研究了烷基芳烃的转化反应。发观以浙江缙云产的丝光沸石作成氢型丝光沸石催化剂时,只能活性较低发生二甲苯异构化反应。合成的氢型丝光沸石催化剂可以同时催化甲苯歧化和二甲苯异构化反应。当间二甲苯溶液浓度为17.7摩尔%时,苯的收率下降不大,而邻、对位二甲苯收率明显地提高。实验结果可由氢型丝光沸石催化剂的酸强度、酸量、酸中心类型以及沸石晶体孔结构的空间效应与反应机理予以说明。

Abstract:The conversion reaction of alkyl aromatics was invostigated in a micro re- reactor by gas chromatography.It was found that the Zhejiang Jinyun H-mor- denite catalyst shows a relatively low activity for the m-xylene isomerization because the zeolite content accounts for only 62%.The percentage was calcula- ted by the methods of x-ray diffraction,cation exchange capacity and water adsorption. The disproportlonation of toluene can be carried out simultaneously with isomerization of m-xylene over the synthetic H-mordenite catalyst.It is con- cluded that in the disproportionation of toluene over the synthetic H-mordenite catalyst,the addition of m-xylene(up to 17.65 mol%)to toluene results in improved yields of o-and p-xylene without decreasing the yield of benzen. The explanation of these results is based on the assumption that there are reaction mechanisms and steric effects of the zeolite pore.
