高层建筑设备用房的消防设计是一个非常重要的环节。但在工程设计中,由于对某些规范条件的模糊认识和经济因素考虑不足等原因,致使设计中常存在一些问题。文章分析并比较了国内外常用的一些设计类型,探讨了在工程中容易出现的问题和应该注意的方面,同时对部分未成熟的问题进行了一定的研究。

Discussion on the fire fighting design of device rooms in tall buildings

In tall buildings, the fire fighting design of device rooms is very important, but some problems are usually seen in some designs because some articles of the corresponding code are not known well and economy factors are not deliberated.In the paper,the common design types home and abroad have been compared and analyzed. The problems easily found in engineering and the things which are to be considered have been pointed out. Some immature items are also discussed.
