| 摘 要： | 建设生态住宅区是在居民住宅小区建设中实施可持续发展战略的重要途径,本文从科学选址与全面规划,严格生态住宅区建设项目环境影响评价,绿色施工,综合防治污染与提高资源能源利用率,小区智能化,小区环境管理及提高居民可持续发展意识等方面探讨了生态住宅区的建设。

| Abstract: | Building ecological residential quarter in residential quarter construction is the important approach to implement the sustainable development strategy.This paper discussed the construction of ecological residential quarter from a scientific site and comprehensive planning,the environment impact assessment of constructive projects of ecological residential quarter,green construction,controlling pollution,increasing resources and energy utilization rate, intelligent residence,surroundings administration of housing district,and strengthening the consciousness of Sustainable Development. |
