量子点的制备及其在光化学传感器中的应用研究进展

摘    要:量子点(QDs)作为一种新型半导体荧光纳米材料,表现出优越的光学、电子和表面可修饰等性质,可应用于许多领域.尤其在化学和生物化学领域,以量子点独特的发光优势构筑传感器在分析检测方面表现出很高的灵敏性和选择性.文章概述了量子点结构、性质及其制备方法,并综述了量子点在光化学传感器中的应用.

Abstract:Quantum dots as the new semiconductor fluorescence nano materials showed superior optics,electronics and surface modification properties etc,and can be used in many fields.Because QDs have attractive opto-electronic characteristics,QD-based sensors present high sensitivity in detecting specific analytes in the chemical and biochemical fields.This paper summarizes the basic concepts and composition structure of quantum dots,discusses the quantum dots in recent years of preparation methods,simultaneously,overview research progress for photochemical sensors based on fluorescent QDs.
