固废管理问题的区间模糊优化模型

摘    要:通过有效配置3个社区运往2个处理设备的固体废物量实例,模拟固体废弃物管理系统的实际状态和运行情况,建立一个可以充分反映系统复杂性、动态性及不确定性的区间模糊优化模型.对目标函数引入权重系数把区间参数化为确定性参数,对约束条件先用水平截集把模糊参数化为区间参数,再用改进的区间可能度方法把含区间参数的约束转化成确定性等价类.最后用LINGO软件求解该模型,并分析了数值结果的合理性.

Abstract:An example of allocating efficiently the waste from three communities to two disposal equipments was used to simulate the actual condition and operational situation of solid waste management system,and a hybrid interval-parameter fuzzy optimization model which fully reflect the complexity,dynamics and uncertainty of this system was established.The interval parameters were turned to deterministic parameters in the objective function though introducing the weight coefficient.Level sets were used to converse fuzzy parameters into interval parameters for constraint conditions,and then an advanced possibility degree method was used to turn the constraints including interval parameters into deterministic equivalent formulation.Finally this model was solved by a software called LINGO,and the rationality of the numerical results was analyzed.
