柔性制造系统仿真研究

摘    要:柔性制造系统是大型复杂的自动制造系统,其运行效益至关重要,但其不可预见性也很大,相应的投资风险和人力,物力浪费的潜在可能性也较大,一旦建成后发现设计不合理,要改动或重建,又要耗费大量人力,物力,通过计算机仿真,可以在规划,设计阶段就对柔性制造系统的静动态性能进行充分的预测,以尽早发现系统布局,配置及调度控制策略方面的问题,从而更快,更好地改善系统设计,通过实例对这一系统进行了建模与规划分析,这对机械制造企业柔性制造系统具有十分重要的意义。

Abstract:Flexible manufacture system is a very complicated automatic manufacture system. It is crucial of running benefit, but the result is unpredictable and corresponding risk of investment and the latent possibility of manpower and material resources waste is rather great. In case of finding irrationality of design after having been built, a great deal of manpower and material resources will be used to change or rebuild. By computer simulation static and dynamic performance of flexible manufacture system can be forecasted sufficiently in phases of planning and design in order to find questions of layout, configuration and control strategy as soon as possible, accordingly system design can be better improved. This paper analyses model and layout of a system by an example and it is significant for machinery manufacturing to apply flexible manufacture system.
