摘    要:利用X射线步进扫描研究了Dy2Fe17-xAlx金属间化合物的详细结构,给出了结构中诸参数的变化情况并分析了这些参数的变化规律.

Abstract:Aluminum substituted Dy 2Fe 17- x Al x solid solution has been studied by The Step X Ray Diffraction. A Rietveld analysis of the X Ray diffraction indicates that the Al atoms have a high initial affinity for the 18h site, shows a high affinity for the 6c site and 18f site at high Al concentrations, and are absent from the 9d site at all Al concentrations. Some shorter bond lengths including 18h 18h, 9d 18f, and so on derived from the positional parameters increase with x increasing.
