沥青路面车辆超载定义分析

摘    要:传统意义上车辆超载是指车辆当前负荷高于该车型的额定载荷,实际上,由于轮胎接地压力并不是简单的圆形均匀分布,而是具有明显的非均匀性,因而两者计算出来的沥青路面力学响应很不一样.利用笔者实测的轮胎接地压力分布,分析了不同车辆轮胎不同胎压、不同负荷时,沥青路面结构层的力学响应,结果表明,不仅当车辆负荷超额时,路面结构的力学响应显著,而且当负荷不超额但轮胎胎压很高时,其对路面结构的影响也十分不利;同时,轻型货车负荷超载和(或)胎压超限时不利影响也不容忽视.

Abstract:Traditionally,the vehicle overload is defined as the load that exceeds its rated load.In fact,the tire-pavement contact pressure is not circular and uniform distribution but absolute non-uniform distribution,so that the mechanics response in asphalt pavement caused by the former is different from that caused by the later.Tire-pavement contact pressure including different tire type and tread pattern with varied tire inflation pressure and load is used for the analysis of the mechanics responses in asphalt pavement structure.Study shows that not only overload,but also normal load with tire high inflation pressure makes significant distress to asphalt layer.Moreover,overload and(or) high inflation pressure for light truck should not be ignored.
