| 摘 要： | 构建新的人才培养模式的基本框架模型是开放教育试点的一个重要目标。我校开发教育人才培养模式基本框架的结构主要包含三个层级七个方面，显现办学系统化、教学多元化、手段现代化、学习自主化、管理人性化的基本特征。

| Abstract: | It is a vital aim of open education to construct a new framework of cultivating talents. This basic framework includes three layers and seven aspects, which demonstrate some basic characteristics as follows: systemiza-tion of education, multiplicity of teaching, modernization of means, self-independence of studying and humanization of management. |
