摘    要:取3个温度和3个时间因素,研究低温胁迫对3种牧草幼苗生理指标的影响。结果表明,随温度的降低和胁迫时间的延长,其叶绿素含量均呈下降趋势,但电解质透出率和可溶性糖的含量均增加;温度0℃时,在胁迫的第5天,垂穗披碱草叶绿素a的降幅为48.5%,叶绿素b降幅为55.1%,电解质透出率的升幅为157.4%。青海草地早熟禾电解质透出率的升幅为71.9%,可溶性糖积累最多。3种牧草中,青海草地早熟禾的抗寒性较强,梭罗草次之,垂穗披碱草对低温的适应性较差。
