摘    要:针对常态混凝土大型闸墩在快速浇筑条件下的应力安全问题,通过对比分析常规浇筑、短间歇期浇筑和厚层短歇浇筑3种方式的温度场和应力场变化规律,认为在合理安排通水冷却、表面保温和适当降低浇筑温度的前提下,对大型常态混凝土闸墩施行快速浇筑方法能够满足工程防裂要求.方案的实际实施效果较好,可供类似工程参考.

Abstract:In light of the problem of stress safety for large conventional concrete sluice pier with rapid construction,the changes of temperature and stress fields of concrete sluice pier with convertional placement,short interval placement and short interval placement with thick layers,are analyzed.It is concluded that the cracking prevention can be guaranteed with suitable pipe cooling,heat preservation and lower placement temperature.The cracking prevention method proposed by the authors has been performed well in a real project so as to provide referential insights in similar projects.
