摘    要:
啤酒发酵过程是啤酒生产的重要环节之一,而在此过程中,温度变化是主要因素.因此,发酵温度的控制直接影响啤酒质量.啤酒发酵过程具有大惯性、大时滞、非线性等特点,用传统PID控制难以实现及时、准确地跟踪工艺曲线的要求.针对啤酒发酵温度控制过程中的难点引入了一种模糊智能PID控制算法,将模糊控制理论与PID控制相结合,在模糊逻辑整定控制算法(FSW)基础上增加了模糊逻辑调节微分控制及智能积分控制,有效地改善了原有PID控制方法的缺陷.

Abstract:
In beer fermentation,being an important link of its production,the temperature among others is a major parameter that can affect the quality such as beer leaven.The fermentation process exhibits large inertia,long time delay,and nonlinearly,which is difficult to be accurately controlled according to the process curve.Aimed at the difficulty in temperature controlling in beer fermentation,an algorithm of fuzzy intelligent PID control was introduced,which combined fuzzy control and PID control.The fuzzy logistic differential control and intelligent integral control were supplemented into the fuzzy set-point weight tuning(FSW),so that the insufficiency of original PID control method was effectively improved.
