Abstract:A newly developed process of manufacturing the high performance anisotropy magnetic powder is presented. The raw material was isotropy NdFeCoB powders made by HDD technique. The anisotropy powders with high magnetical properties were experimentally fabricated by means of vacuum hot rolling and heat treatment. The magnetical performances of the final magnets binded with the new anisotropy magnetical powder are provided as follows: Br =0.89 T, H CJ =604 kA/m, and ( BH ) max =100.4 kJ/m 3.
