| 摘 要： | 高校毕业生的就业矛盾，表面看来是总量上的供求矛盾，实质上是结构性矛盾，是与当前的人事制度、就业机制、人才培养层次相关联的，从经济学的整体视角分析高校半业生就业的供求矛盾和困境，便可以寻求到解决就业问题的新方法、新思路和新路径。

| Abstract: | The employment contradiction of college graduates is not the contradiction of supply and demand in total, but configurable contradiction, which is connected with personnel system, employment mechanism and the talent training level nowadays. In analysing the contradiction and difficulty of employment problem of college graduates from the viewpoint of economics, we can seek the new way and new method to solve this problem. |
