| 摘 要： | 目的:着重介绍目前常用的六种血清学方法的各自特点、应用和新近技术的建立及发展.方法:通过光盘检索收集查阅国内外相关文献.结果:鼠疫血清学方法的测定朝着定量、半定量的更加精确的方向发展,而它的技术操作则更趋于简便、廉价,更加实用于流行病学的现场调查和监测.结论:鼠疫的血清学检测技术越来越能够将其快速、特异的优势发挥出来,并且逐渐在临床诊断和流行病调查方面起着主要的作用.

| Abstract: | Objective: This composition introduced the characteristics,application and perspectives of six methods of plague serodiagnosis.Methods: To collect and review the related literature both domestic and abroad.Results: The method of serodiagnosis of plague is not only more quantitative and semi-quantitative but also easily and convenient.Conclusion: The detective method of serodiagnosis of plague is playing a more and more important part in clinical diagnosis and field survey. |
