宁夏枸杞主要天敌对枸杞蚜虫的捕食功能反应

摘    要:对多异瓢虫(Hippodamia variegata)成虫、中华草蛉(Chrysopa intima)四龄幼虫、黑点食蚜盲蝽(Deraeo-coris punctulatus)成虫、凹带食蚜蝇(Metasyrphus corollae)四龄幼虫进行了捕食功能反应测定.结果表明,凹带食蚜蝇的捕食效率最大,然后依次为中华草蛉、多异瓢虫、黑点食蚜盲蝽,其最大日捕食量分别为135.6,116.6,98.6,82.3头;多异瓢虫与凹带食蚜蝇的捕食效率受温度的影响较大,低于20℃或高于30℃时捕食效率明显降低,黑点食蚜盲蝽与中华草蛉的捕食效率受温度影响较小;多异瓢虫的捕食效率受种内干扰较大,干扰系数为0.813,中华草蛉的捕食效率受种内干扰较小,干扰系数为0.689;枸杞蚜虫的分布对中华草蛉与凹带食蚜蝇的影响较大,对多异瓢虫和黑点食蚜盲蝽的影响较小.

Abstract:Predatory function of Hippodamia variegata and Deraeocoris punctulatus adults, Chrysopa intirna and Metasyrphus corollae forth instar larves were determined in laboratory. The results showed that max predation numbers were 135.6,98.6,116.6 and 82.3, respectively. The predation numbers of H. variegata and M. corollae were greatly affected by temperature and decreased obviously under 20 ℃ or beyond 30 ℃, C. intima and D. punctulatus were little affected by tempareture. The intraspeeific interference of H. variegata were great, interference coefficient was 0. 813, the predation numbers of C. intima were little affected by intraspecific interference, interference coefficient was 0. 689. The distribution of Aphid sp. disturbed the predation numbers of C. intima and M. corollae greatly, and hardly affected the predation numbers of H. variegata and D. punctulatus.
