| 摘 要： | 有组织犯罪是当代世界各国最严重的犯罪形式,我国也不例外.有组织犯罪作为犯罪的一种特殊形态,与现代化有着密切的联系.有组织犯罪的手段随现代化的程度提高不仅组织严密,犯罪能量大,职业化、智能化、跨国、跨地区作案,成因复杂,涉罪广泛,而且有组织犯罪也随社会的现代化日趋多样化和复杂化.

| Abstract: | Crime in anorganizod way is the most serious form contemporarily in all the countries around the world not excepting China. As a special model of offence, crime in an organized way relates to the modernization closely. With the rising of modernization standard, the means of crime In an organized way has become not only careful in organization,powerful in potential,professional intelligent transnational and transregional in committing,complicatod in cause,and wide in scope,but also various and complex in form. |
