电子商务协商模型综述

电子商务协商是电子商务领域的研究热点之一。主要从协商协议模型、协商策略模型、协商模型的求解算法等方面综述了电子商务协商模型和算法的相关研究进展。首先针对电子商务服务商提供支持的协商、买方或卖方自行协商和电子商务第三方参与的协商这三种典型协商模式,综述了协商协议模型的研究进展;随后对基于效用和基于偏好的两种典型的协商策略模型进行了评述,并综述了协商模型的求解算法。最后展望了进一步的研究方向。

Review of E-commerce negotiation models

E-commerce negotiation is one of the key issues in E-commerce.Some related researches on E-commerce negotiation are reviewed,including negotiation protocol models,negotiation strategy models and their corresponding solution algorithms.Firstly,the researches on three kinds of E-commerce negotiation protocol model are review,which concern three negotiation modes such as the negotiation mode supported by E-commerce provider,single-side negotiation mode supported by purchaser or supplier,and E-commerce third party-attended negotiation mode.And then,some negotiation strategy models such as the utility-based negotiation strategy model and the preference-based E-commerce negotiation strategy model are reviewed.Furthermore,the algorithms of negotiation models are Summarized.Finally,several future researches are put forwards.
