摘    要: 从云南河口采集的土壤中分离到1株稀有放线菌YIM30243T.该菌株具有很强的抑制一氧化氮(NO)合成酶活性.通过对其进行的包括形态、生理生化特性、细胞壁化学组分以及16SrDNA序列等方面的多相分类研究,确定其为诺卡氏菌属的1个新种,我们将其命名为白色诺卡氏菌(Nocardiaalba sp.nov.).该菌株在大多数培养基上生长良好,气生菌丝呈黄白色至粉红白色,基内菌丝黄白至黄褐色.气生菌丝、基内菌丝均呈不规则断裂.

Abstract:One rare actinomycete strain,which had strong activity for restraining NO synthesize enzyme,isolated from a soil sample collected from Hekou,Yunnan Province.Based on our polyphasic studies,including its morphology,physiological and biochemical characteristics,chemotaxonomy and 16S rDNA sequence analysis,it was proposed it as a new species of genus Nocardia and named it as Nocardia alba sp.nov..Strain YIM 30243T grew well on most test media.The color of the aerial mycelium were from yellow-white to pink-white,the substrate mycelium were from yellow-white to yellow-brown, and the aerial and substrate mycelium all irregularly fragmented.
