对医学院校特困生毕业时期心理健康状况的探索

经济困难，就业难，是特困生心理上沉重的包袱，形成了他们心中难以消解的心理负担，有些特困生甚至出现了各种心理问题，笔者采用90项临床症状自评量表（SCL-90）对我校毕业年级101名特困生进行了调查，并对特困医学生的心理健康状况，可能存在的心理问题及产生原因进行了初步分析，提出相应的解决方案^[1,2]。

Exploration on the psychological health condition of medical students in poverty during the period of graduation

Students in poverty,hard to be employed,poor in economical condition,the existence of every objective reality is a heavy burden in their hearts.The psychological burden formed in their hearts is hard to dispel.Some of them even have mental problems.The author adepted the clinical phenomenon self-evaluation form with 90 items(SCL-90) to do research among the 101 graduates in poverty in our school.The article presents an initial analysis on those students' psychological health condition,the mental problems that may exist and its causes,and puts forward the corresponding programs.
