TIG焊弧光传感熔透控制的研究

摘    要:熔透控制是焊接质量控制领域的一个重要的发展方向,本文提出利用弧光传感器,采用熔池谐振法对TIG焊进行熔透控制,并建立了相应的微机熔透控制系统.试验结果表明,采用该方法焊接后的焊缝成形均匀一致,具有一定的发展前景.

Abstract:The penetration control is an impormnt developing direction in the fieldof welding quality control. A new method for Penetration control by using the weld PO0l res-onance with arc light sensor has been put forward in this paper during TIG welding and amicro-computer penetration control system is established. The experiments show that theuniform welds are gained after making use of this method. Furthermore, It has a certain de-veloping prospect'
