| 摘 要： | 转移矩阵方法(TMM)是一种精确的分析方法，它没有涉及任何的近似，计算也简单方便，是一种比较理想的分析光波导传播特性的方法．该文利用转移矩阵方法导出了多沟道波导和多量子阱波导的TM模式色散方程．

| Abstract: | Transfer Matrix Method (TMM) is a precise calculations method,which doesn't refer to any approxination and is regarded a relative ideal method of analyzing the transmission property of optical waveguides.In this paper,we have deduced the TM mode dispersion equations of the multi-channel waveguide and the multi-quantum well optical waveguides by using this method. |
