| 摘 要： | 组建职业教育集团,是职业教育发展的重要趋势。在＂自愿组合＂的前提下,职业教育集团采取＂资源共享、优势互补＂的原则,最大限度地发挥各成员优势,实现成员之间的资源共享,特别是在人才培养与使用方面实现＂校企合作、工学结合＂的＂零距离＂对接。

| Abstract: | The formation of vocational education groups is an important trend in the development of vocational education. Based on the ＂voluntary combination＂, the vocational education groups adopt the principle of ＂sharing resources, complementary advantages ＂, play the members＂ utmost roles, realize the resource sharing, and achieve the＂ zero distance ＂docking of ＂school-enterprise cooperation ＂ especially in talents＂ cultivation and utilization. |
