| 摘 要： | 参考有关研究成果，以FredLuthans等人的心理资本理论为基础，介绍心理资本的主要内涵、构成要素以及干预模型，阐述高校家庭经济困难学生心理资本开发的现实意义，提出高校家庭经济困难学生心理资本开发的路径和策略：做好生涯规划，放飞人生希望；建立科学归因，培养乐观心态；创设成功体验，增强自我效能感；增强心理韧性，提高抗挫折能力。 |

| Abstract: | According to related research results and based on Fred Luthans＇ psychological capital theory, the thesis covers the significance of psychological capital development for college students with weak family economy to im- prove their mental health and competitive edge, and to be aware of self-identity. Furthermore, a strategy is offered to the psychological capital development to plan your life, to develop an optimistic attitude, to perceive the self-effi- cacy, and to improve resilience and anti-setback ability. |
