基于430单片机和Pt100的智能温控系统

摘    要:使用MSP430F5438A单片机,辅以电源、键盘、数码管、风扇、信号采集放大电路,组成智能温度控制仪。以Pt100为温度传感器采集的温度值,经过信号采集放大后连接到430的AD端口,分别启动功率电阻加热,风扇散热,使工件温度快速控制在所设置温度t1附近。用户可以通过键盘、数码管进行温度的设置和显示。

Abstract:The system uses MSP430F5438A, combined with the power supply, keyboard, digital display, fan, and signal acquisition amplification circuit to form an intelligent temperature control instrument. The temperature col- lected by Pt100 temperature sensor is joined to 430 AD port by signal collection amplifier, by respectively starting power resistance heating, fan heat dissipation so that the work temperature control reaches the set temperature tl. The user can set and display temperature through the keypad LED.
