| 摘 要： | 在我国法律职业教育中,注重对排除规则的比较性分析与教学,符合社会主义法治进步的要求,可以补充我国刑事证据制度的教学内容,促进我国法律人才素质的提高.教学过程中,要依据我国宪法和刑事诉讼法,基于我国法律发展的实际水平,注重比较性研究与分析,重视其替代性救济措施的介绍,拓宽法律视野,加快健全我国非法证据排除规则.

| Abstract: | In teaching law, we attach importance to the comparative analysis and teaching of exclusionary rule. This is in accordance with the progress of socialist legal system and this can perfect the teaching content of criminal evidence system to improve the quality of legal talents. In teaching, we should base on the constitution, code of criminal procedure, and the actual level of law in our country. We should strengthen comparative reserch and analysis, the construction of remedial measures so as to perfect illegal evidence exclusionary rule in our country. |
