| Abstract: | This paper introduces the innovation practice of No.2 Trade Union Group in the library of Henan University of Science and Technology from three aspects of giving full play to educational function of trade union to strengthen the cultivation of comprehensive quality of librarians and readers,giving full play to the bridge and belt functions of trade union to promote the construction of harmonious interpersonal relationship of library,and giving full play to the emotional function of trade union to strengthen the cohesion of library. |
