| 摘 要： | 随着研究与开发(R＆D)投入的不断增加,高等学校专利申请数量和专利技术转让收入也是快速增长的势头,高校与产业的联系也越来越紧密。与此同时,在高校的科技创新体系中,科技开发投入所占比例却呈下降趋势,高校是否应着力于基础研究、应用研究等原创性科研是一个值得研究的问题。

| Abstract: | Along with continue growth in R&D, the amount of application patent and attorn patent technology of university is increasing. The affiliation of development between university and industry is more and more compactness. At the same time the inverse proportion of impolder and devotion in science and technology is downtrend. Whether focus on basic investigation and application research of university is a value question. |
