基于模糊层次分析法的岩溶区土压平衡盾构适应性评价

摘    要:土压平衡盾构作为一种较为先进的隧道掘进机械,由于其安全、可靠等优势,在我国的城市地铁隧道工程施工中得到了广泛的应用。我国南方地区岩溶地层非常普遍,土压平衡盾构在岩溶地层中掘进容易产生“栽头”、刀具不均匀磨损等问题,因此评价岩溶地层条件下土压平衡盾构的适应性是非常有必要的。本文依托南宁地铁4号线2标相关盾构隧道工程,分析岩溶区各方面因素对土压平衡盾构适应性产生的影响,通过层次分析法确定最终的土压平衡盾构在岩溶地区的适应性评价指标,参考已有研究成果结合模糊数学方法确定评价指标的隶属函数,构造了岩溶区土压平衡盾构适应性评价模型,提供了岩溶区土压平衡盾构适应性评价方法。以南宁地铁4号线2标“良良”、“体良”和“清龙”盾构区间所采用的土压平衡盾构机为应用实例,现场盾构施工情况与本文提出的评价方法的评价结果匹配较好。本文提出的岩溶区盾构适应性评价方法对类似地层盾构机评价及应用具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:As a kind of advanced tunneling machine, soil pressure balanced shield has been widely used in the construction of urban subway tunnel in China due to its advantages of safety and reliability. The karst strata are very common in southern China, and the problems such as "planting head" and uneven wear of cutting tools are easy to occur when earth pressure balance shield tunneling in karst strata. Therefore, it is very necessary to evaluate the adaptability of earth pressure balance shield tunneling in karst strata. Based on the shield tunnel project of Nanning Metro Line 4 LOT 2, this paper analyzes the influence of various factors in karst area on the adaptability of EPB shield, determines the final evaluation index of EPB shield adaptability in karst area by analytic hierarchy process, determines the membership function of evaluation index by referring to the existing research results and combining with fuzzy mathematics method, and constructs the EPB shield in karst area The adaptability evaluation model of EPB shield provides the adaptability evaluation method of EPB shield in karst area. Taking the earth pressure balance shield machine used in the "Liangliang", "Tiliang" and "Qinglong" shield sections of Nanning Metro Line 4 bid 2 as an example, the shield construction situation on site matches well with the evaluation results of the evaluation method proposed in this paper. The adaptability evaluation method of shield machine in karst area proposed in this paper has certain guiding significance for the evaluation and application of shield machine in similar strata.
