| 摘 要： | 从19世纪后期起,俄国在世界列强加紧侵略中国和朝鲜的时候,对朝鲜的政策由原来的维持现状到积极介入、加强控制,及至最后的退出,反映了俄国在当时国际环境下对外侵略政策的灵活性和现实性。

| Abstract: | From late 19th century, Russia, as a world big power invaded Chinese and Korea's time, to Korea's policy from original maintains the present situation to the positive involvement, to strengthens the control, as well as to final withdrawal. This reflected the flexibility and feasibility of Russia's foreign policy under international environment. |
