杂原子AlPO4—5分子筛的酸性及异构化性能

摘    要:首次用研制的AlPO4-5,SAPO-5和TAPO-5分子筛作为间二甲苯异构化催化剂,对其催化性能进行了评价,并对3种催化剂的结构和酸性进行了表征。

Abstract:AlPO 4 5,SAPO 5 and TAPO 5 molecular sieves which were synthesized by hydrothermal method were used as the catalysts of isomerization of m xylene.The property of isomerization is evaluated and the structure and acidity of the three catalysts are characterized.It was indicated by correlating the acidity and the property of isomerization that the Bronsted acid is the active center of m xylene isomerization,TAPO 5 has the highest isomerization activity(54.93%) and selectivity(93.41%) because of their highest Bronsted acid center.The isomerization selectivity of xylene over TAPO 5 is related to the intensity of Bronsted acid center.
