FSA专家评价一致度衡量模型及其改进

摘    要:为解决FSA导则建议的专家评价一致度衡量模型不能对参与评价的专家进行筛选及提高一致度的问题,提出将传递熵模型与专家评价一致度衡量模型相结合,借助于传递熵模型的筛选作用,改善专家评价一致度的方法.算例结果表明,传递熵模型具有实用性和可操作性,传递熵模型与专家评价一致度衡量模型联合使用可提高专家评价的一致度.
