基于MATLAB和ProE的螺旋桨三维建模

摘    要:为满足螺旋桨设计效率和现代制造的精度要求,提出一种快速生成螺旋桨三维模型的方法.采用MATLAB语言编程,依据螺旋桨二维制图的投影关系和螺旋桨设计参数,在MATLAB中计算出螺旋桨桨叶叶面特征点的空间笛卡尔坐标,利用MATLAB绘制螺旋桨桨叶的三维曲线.最后,将三维螺旋桨叶面特征点的空间坐标导入ProE,生成三维实体螺旋桨.该方法可使繁琐、复杂、重复和容易出错的螺旋桨三维建模过程变得准确易行.

Abstract:To satisfy the demands of design efficiency and manufacture decision,a fast and simple way was presented to model 3D propeller.3D space cartesian coordinates of every vane profile with MATLAB programming were obtained according to the projection of 2D drawing and the design parameters of propeller,and 3D curves of propeller blade with MATLAB were rendered.Finally,3D feature point space coordinates were imported to ProE so as to build a 3D solid propeller.The proposed method can make 3D propeller modeling wh...
