Development and Strategic Choice in Biological Science

Since the fifties of the 20th century, molecular biology has become a growing point in biological science and in the next century, the flourishing development of biological science will become the first one to affect other sciences and push them forward. Bioengineering will become the center of the next technological revolution in the world. Therefore, strategic decision on scientific development of our country is faced with imminent choice.
