| Abstract: | University library should attach importance to the role of human resource in social competitiveness.This paper probes into several strategies for human resource development of university library,which include optimizing the environment of human resource development,constructing the human resource information database,analyzing the demand of human resource development,determining the principle for human resource development,working out the development plan,and implementing various training modes. |
