摘    要:随着工业的发展,土壤重金属污染问题已成亟待解决的课题。本文主要综述了重金属污染土壤生物修复过程中重金属对土壤微生物的影响以及土壤微生物对重金属的响应,并评述了根际环境在土壤修复中的作用,以期为生物修复工程的有效实施提供科学指导。

Abstract:With the development of industry,the problem of soils contaminated by heavy metals has become an urgent issue to be settled. This paper maily reviews the interrelations between heavy metals and microbes in soils during the course of bioremediation. In addition, the function of rhizosphere on soils remediation is also discussed. The aim of these studies is to provide guides for the effective practice of bioremediation.
