摘    要:
研究SEAM改性沥青流变特性、SEAM沥青混合料高低温稳定性、水稳定性等路用性能,侧重研究该种混合料在我国低温地区应用的可行性.依据质量替代原则采用SEAM改性剂替换部分沥青制备SEAM改性沥青.采用动态剪切流变试验和弯曲梁流变试验评价SEAM改性沥青的流变特性.采用车辙、低温劈裂、低温弯曲及真空饱水残留稳定度试验评价SEAM沥青混合料的路用性能.结合长春至松原高速公路连接线工程铺筑试验路段,并将AC-13Ⅰ型SEAM沥青路面与常规路段SMA-13沥青路面进行了技术比较.合理替代量的SEAM改性沥青流变特性及混合料路用性能得到明显改善,改性剂替代量增加,混合料低温弯曲破坏应变及残留稳定度降低.SEAM混合料试验路段内路表弯沉、芯样低温条件下的马歇尔稳定度及芯样水稳定性与常规路段SMA路面大致相当.SEAM沥青混合料路用性能优良,由于沥青用量降低所以工程投入减少,应该被推广使用.

Abstract:
SEAM modified asphalt rheological characters,high and low temperature stabilities and moisture susceptibility were studied,application in cold areas was studied mainly.Part of asphalt was replaced based on mass replaced principle and SEAM asphalt binder was prepared.SEAM modified asphalt rheological characters were appraised by dynamic shear rheological test and beam bending rheological test.Mixture pavement performances were appraised by wheel tracking test,low-temperature splitting test,low-temperature bending test and vacuum water-saturated residual stability test.Experimental section was built in Changsong highway connection engineering and technique comparisons were implemented between AC-13ⅠSEAM asphalt mixture and SMA-13 asphalt mixture.SEAM modified asphalt rheological characters and mixture pavement performances were improved when modifier replaced quantity was reasonable,low-temperature bending ultimate strain and residual stability decreasd when replaced quantity increased.Surface deflections,core samples low-temperature Marshall stabilities and core samples moisture susceptibility were roughly equal between SEAM experimental section and SMA conventional section.SEAM asphalt mixture pavement performances are better,engineering investment reduces thanks to asphalt content decrease,and this mixture should be promoted.
