生物技术专业实验教学的改革实践

摘    要:实验教学是为实现专业培养目标和规格的整个教育过程的重要部分,是培养学生综合能力和创新思维能力的重要过程。实验教学对学生知识、能力、技能等综合素质的培养有着理论教学不可替代的作用。按照生物技术专业人才培养目标和人才规格,针对沈阳师范大学化学与生命科学学院生物技术专业人才培养模式中的实验教学与实践教学存在的问题进行改革与实践;充分发挥实验教学在培养高素质生物技术专业人才中的作用,构建了分层次实验教学体系;优化实验教学内容;改进实验教学方法及手段;构建了新的考评机制;对于实验教学及实践教学中存在的问题提出对策。

Reform practice of biotechnology experiment teaching

Abstract:Experiment teaching is a crucial part to achieve the training objectives of biotechnology major students and it is an important process to develop students' comprehensive ability and creative thinking. Experiment teaching focus on students' knowledge development, professional abilities and skills, and comprehensive qualities, which is an irreplaceable role other than teaching theories. In accordance with bioteehnology professionals talent training goals and specifications for the College of Chemistry and Life Sciences, we took measures to reform and practice in experiment teaching and practice teaching, which gives full play to cultivate high-quality biotechnology professionals by constructing hierarchical experimental teaching system, optimizing experiment teaching contents, improving experimental teaching methods and means, building a new evaluation mechanism and creating strategic plans for problems in experimental teaching and practice teaching.
