多指标综合研究复方淫羊藿制剂的提取工艺

以治疗肾阳虚的补肾益寿颗粒为代表，通过Ｌ９（３）４正交试验设计，用总固体物收率、有效成分淫羊藿甙和蛇床子素含量作为考察指标，探讨了复方淫羊藿制剂水提取工艺中的几个影响因素．试验结果方差分析表明提取次数、加水量为主要影响因素．选用提取三次、加水１０倍量、每次提取１小时为最佳提取工艺条件

Multi index Synthetic Study on Extracting Technology for Compound Recipe Yinyanghuo Preparation

Bushyishou granule,a Chinese medicine for the treatment of kidney yang Deficiency was used as a prototype for the study on extracting technology for compound recipe Yinyanghuo preparation.The present study determinated rate of dry extract and the effective constituents Icariin andosthol contented in extract was determinated with Reversed phase High efficiency Liquid chromatography.Thus some influential factors during extracting process with water were investigeted through several quality indexs by L 9(3) 4 orthognonal test.The result of the experiment and variance analysis indicat that the extracting number of times and water amount are main factors.The oplimum extracting conditions are A 3B 3C 2 in which the extracting number of times is 3 and water amount is ten times of amount of medicinal materials originally and extracting time is one hour.
