摘    要:
研究了在以蜜胺树脂合成压敏显色微胶囊的过程中,造壁剂在系统中浓度分布的控制(加料方式)和芯/壁比(染料隐色体溶液与造壁剂的用量之比)对胶囊性能的影响。通过电镜照片、醋酸显色试验等对胶囊的表面光洁性、气密性和包容量进行了研究。实验结果表明造壁剂的加料方式直接影响胶囊的表面光洁性和气密性,在实验的条件下宜采用分次滴加的方式。胶囊的芯/壁比是一个重要的参数。芯/壁比过大,壁材量不足以完整、致密地包裹胶囊;芯/壁比太小,则胶囊的有效成分少,达不到足够的显色深度。

Abstract:
The pressure-sensitive color-developing microcapsule used for the manufacture of non - carbon required copy paper is concerned. An approach to synthesize the pressure-sensitive color-developing microcapsule has been explored, by means of in situ polymerization to yield a shell material using melamine resin. Effect of feeding method of melamine resin and the dosage of leuco solution on the microcapsule properties have been investigated. The microcapsule properties such as morphological surface structure, air tightness, core contents have been studied through SEM, acetic acid-color developing testing, etc. The results indicated that the feeding ways of melamine resin have significant effects on the properties of microcapsule. Also, the ratio of core to shell, that is the ratio of the dosage of the leuco to the melamino-formaldehyde precondensate is an important parameter.
