摘 要: | 以L-半胱氨酸为原料,对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,合成L-半胱氨酸苄酯对甲苯磺酸盐,得到L-半胱氨酸苄酯对甲苯磺酸盐合成的较佳条件是:L-半胱氨酸、对甲苯磺酸、苯甲醇的物质的量比为1:1.1:3.7,50mL苯,在此条件下L-半胱氨酸苄酯对甲苯磺酸盐的产率是86.5%。然后用L-半胱氨酸苄酯对甲苯磺酸盐和醛类反应生成相应的噻唑烷-4-羧酸苄酯,产率为72.3%,化合物的结构经^1H NMR,IR,元素分析得以确证,该化合物为新型ACEI的设计与合成提供一种重要的中间体。

Abstract: | Synthesis of L-cystein Benzyl Ester p-toluenesulfonate using Lystein as raw mateiral, The optimum synthetic conditions were as follows : n (L-cystein) : n ( P-tolue nesulfonic acid : n ( benzyl alcohol) ) = 1.0 : 1.1 : 3.7, 50mL benzene. Under these conditions L-cystein Benzyl Ester p-toluenesulfonate yield is 86.5%. And then use the L-cystein Benzyl Ester p-toluenesulfonate and aldehydes to form the corresponding thiazolidine-4-carboxylic acid benzyl ester,the yield was 72.3% , the structure of compounds by ^1H NMR, IR, elemental analysis to confirm. And then the medicine intermediate of some Angiotensin Converting Enzyme Inbibitors(ACEI),was developed. |
